7.1 Informational Nature of Bonus Descriptions. All bonus amounts, wagering multipliers, validity periods, eligible games and minimum deposit thresholds described on the Platform are sourced from publicly available Operator information at the time of writing. 567xk makes no guarantee that any described bonus is currently active, accurate or available to users in any specific location.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus offers from Operators typically carry wagering requirements — commonly expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit plus bonus amount. For example, a PKR 10,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement would require PKR 300,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. 7.3 Operator Terms Prevail. The definitive terms for any bonus offer are those published by the relevant Operator on their own platform. In all cases, the Operator's terms and conditions take precedence over any description on 567xk. Users must read and accept the Operator's terms before claiming any bonus.
7.4 No Bonus Promises. 567xk does not guarantee the availability of any bonus to any individual user, nor does it guarantee that bonuses will be credited, honoured or withdrawable in any specific timeframe. Bonus eligibility is determined solely by the Operator.

10.5 Limitation of Liability. Termination of access does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party, and any clauses of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers & Liability) and 13 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 567xk is incorporated or registered as an operator. Where the applicable governing law differs from the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Pakistani users acknowledge that local laws — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may impose additional obligations or restrictions not addressed in these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes as to their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is expressly agreed in writing between the parties.
